Bin Painting

TMI Coatings was awarded a contract to coat the exterior of a dryer seed tank in Dawson, MN 11’ diameter x 62’ high.  This included handrails, kick plates on the roof, vertical support I-beams, and connecting steel with a cooperative engaged in processing and transporting oil seeds, grain, and related products.  The entire structure was water blasted and further hand/tool cleaned to remove loose rust, old paint, and foreign matter. One full coat of Amerlock® II was applied by brush and roller. Then, one full coat of Amercoat™ 450H was also applied by brush and roller. Handrails were then coated with federal safety yellow by TMI.
