An electrical circuitry company recently hired TMI Coatings to install a liquid-applied conductive floor topping to the concrete in a new addition at their facility.  The conductive flooring greatly reduces the chance of any unwanted sparks which could damage the electrical circuits during assembly.  This monolithic seamless floor topping was chosen over ESD floor tiles due to its durability and longevity.  ESD floor tiles are prone to chipping and broken corners.  The customer, Wayne Dirkman said, “the crew prepared the surfaces well by shotblasting and grinding.  The new floor transitions up properly to the existing tiles. They did a good job.”
