TMI Coatings completed tuckpointing, concrete restoration and stucco repair to the exterior of a meat processing facility in Humboldt, Iowa that produces sausage and Italian meat products.
TMI prepared the surface by water blasting and further hand/tool cleaning. We removed all loose, disbonding mortar to sound substrate and installed new masonry where required.
Under the eaves TMI completed stucco repair. TMI removed existing failing stucco, installed wire mesh and a 3-coat stucco system. We also completed exterior building painting with two coats waterproof coating, which is guaranteed not to crack, chip or peel.
After completing the project the customer said “Thank you sales and service” and submitted an excellent report card to TMI.
