TMI sandblasted a new 70’ diameter and 35’ high carbon steel tank to an SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast. After sandblasting, TMI applied the specified 5 mil thick rust-inhibitive epoxy primer. TMI then top coated the tank with the specified 3 mil thick urethane for good gloss and color retention. TMI installed a large logo and painted the steps and handrails safety yellow.
The owner commented upon completion by TMI Coatings “everything looks good. The men worked hard and safely.”
