Cementitious Urethane Floor Coating

TMI Coatings field crews have considerable experience installing 100% solids, cementitious urethane floor topping that is trowel and/or squeegee applied, depending upon the customer’s environment. Cementitious urethane floor topping is designed to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attacks while providing abrasion resistance. An optional integral cant or cove is available. TMI cementitious urethane is highly resistant to moisture (high water vapor transmission), withstanding 20 lbs. /1,000 sq. ft./24 hours using the calcium chloride test per ASTM F-1869 or 99% relative humidity using in-situ Relative Humidity Testing per ASTM F-2170.

TMI cementitious urethane flooring can be applied to 7-day-old concrete.
