Sandblast and Coating Fans

A Montana power plant contracted with TMI Coating to sandblast and coat several ID fans.  TMI sandblasted removing old thick film tank lining and preparing metal to a Near White Metal Blast.  TMI then applied Dudick Primer 27 and vinyl ester flake filled top coat Protecto-Coat 800AR to restore the structure and protect from further deterioration.  The system TMI installed is resistant to a wide variety of acids, caustics, salts, oils and mild alkali solutions.
