TMI Coatings Removes Peeling Paint From Concrete Floor

TMI Coatings concrete coating division removed old floor paint from 6,000 sq. ft. and installed a clear epoxy sealer/dustproofer.

All areas were shot blasted to remove the old paint and to prepare for the new coating adhesion. The crews took care to hand grind all the edges near walls where the shot blaster couldn’t reach.

Work was completed over a weekend due to the odor of the sealer/dustproofer. The owner, Brian Garrow, commented that the July weekend chosen was particularly hot, but the crew never complained and worked diligently to complete the work on schedule. He said the floor looks great and visitors have commented on its appearance.
